Suite life on deck series finale? Do you think it's unfair that Cody didn't get into a collage?

I'm just curious, does anyone else think it's unfair that Cody didn't get into a collage. I know it's just a tv show, but like since the suite life of Zack and Cody (like 8 years ago) his dream was to go to collage.
